Bronzed by Han — Mobile Spray Tanning Cancellation Policy Because Bronzed by Han is a mobile service, each appointment requires extra time and travel preparation. To respect both your time and mine, the following cancellation policy is in place: 24-Hour Cancellation Required All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Anything less is considered a late cancellation. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made the same day as your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: If I arrive at your location and you’re not available, or you cancel upon arrival, you’ll be charged 100% of the service fee. Card on File: A valid card is required to book. You won’t be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. Delays or Access Issues: If I’m unable to begin the appointment within 10 minutes of arrival due to delays or access issues, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
